Manufacturer Warranty
Standard Coverage
- EV Chargers: 2-5 years manufacturer warranty (varies by brand)
- Charging Cables: 2 years manufacturer warranty
- Accessories: 12-24 months manufacturer warranty
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failures under normal use
- Electronic malfunctions
- Housing and enclosure defects
What's Not Covered
- Damage from incorrect installation
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Weather damage (unless unit is rated for outdoor use)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from power surges or electrical faults
- Commercial use (unless commercial warranty purchased)
Warranty Claims Process
- Contact us at info@sydneyevsupplies.com.au
- Provide proof of purchase and serial number
- Describe the issue with photos if applicable
- We'll assess and provide RMA if approved
- Ship the item to our Brookvale facility
- Repair or replacement processed within 7-30 business days
30-Day Returns Policy
Eligibility
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- All cables, manuals, and accessories included
- Proof of purchase required
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used chargers
- Custom or special order items
- Opened charging cables (for safety/hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged by customer
Return Process

- Receive Return Authorisation (RA) number
- Package item securely with RA number visible
- Ship to our returns facility (customer pays return shipping)
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt

Installation Warranty
Professional Installation Coverage When you purchase installation through our network, you receive:
- 12 months workmanship warranty
- Compliance certificate
- Post-installation support
Important: Installation warranty is separate from product warranty and covers workmanship only.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days on unopened products with:
- 15% restocking fee
- Customer pays return shipping
- Original packaging required
- Credit card refunds may incur processing fee
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged in Transit
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damage and packaging
- We arrange replacement at no cost
- Keep all packaging for insurance claim
Incorrect Item Received
- Contact us immediately
- We provide prepaid return label
- Correct item sent express post
- No additional charges
Warranty Exclusions
The following void all warranties:
- Installation by non-licensed electricians
- Use with incompatible vehicles
- Exceeding rated specifications
- Failure to follow user manual instructions
- Connection to faulty electrical systems

- Covers same items as manufacturer warranty

Consumer Rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
